If you are more than 15 minutes late without prior contact, the session will be considered a no-show. Late arrivals reduce the available session time. No-shows are not refundable.

I don’t answer questions related to death or length of life. I can’t analyze a person’s chart without their informed consent.

Refunds
Cancellations or reschedules made 24 or more hours before your session receive a full refund or replacement. Cancellations within 24 hours receive a 50% refund. No-shows are not refundable.
Requirements
You will need a stable internet connection, a Google Meet account (free), and a quiet, private space (away from other people) for your session.
Payments
Sessions require advance payment. Monthly packages are valid for 4 months from purchase and are non-refundable after the first session has been completed.
